What areas do you service?
We're based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and work across the Eastern Suburbs and greater Sydney for both residential and commercial projects.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ACA Build holds NSW Building Licence number 498145C and carries the appropriate insurances. We're happy to provide details on request.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Yes. We deliver residential renovations and fit outs as well as commercial and hospitality fit outs, always as head contractor, see our portfolio.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is different, so we prepare a detailed, itemised quote after understanding your scope. Once you're happy, we put a clear contract in place with defined payment stages and no hidden surprises.
How long does a renovation take?
Timeframes depend on scope and approvals. We give you a realistic programme up front and keep you updated throughout, so you always know where the job is up to.
Do you handle council approvals and trades?
Yes. As head contractor we coordinate certifiers and approvals where needed and manage all trades in-house, so you have a single point of contact from start to finish.
