First conversation
You get in touch and tell us about your project, your timeframe and any budget guidance. We talk it through, answer your questions and, where it helps, arrange a time to visit the site.

Site visit & scope
One of the founders comes out to see the space in person. We discuss what you want to achieve, flag anything to be aware of, and agree a clear scope so everyone's on the same page before numbers are put to paper.

Quote & agreement
We prepare a detailed, itemised quote with no surprises. Once you're happy, we put a clear contract in place covering scope, programme and payment stages so expectations are set from the start.

Design, approvals & planning
Where needed, we coordinate drawings, certifiers and approvals, lock in selections and finishes, and build a programme. We line up trades and materials so the build runs without avoidable delays.

Construction
We get to work as head contractor, managing every trade, keeping the site safe and tidy, and keeping you updated. You'll always know where the job is up to and what's coming next.

Handover & aftercare
We walk through the finished project with you, address any final details, and hand over a space we're proud to put our name to. We stand behind our work long after the keys are back in your hands.
